Rejuran is an injectable treatment containing a high concentration of polynucleotides (PN) extracted from salmon DNA.
Polynucleotides (PN) help stimulate the skin’s natural self-regenerative ability and are highly effective in promoting the regeneration of skin tissue.

By acting on the dermal layer of the skin, Rejuran activates fibroblasts and promotes the production of hyaluronic acid, collagen, and other essential components that support healthy skin.

Although Rejuran is sometimes referred to as a “salmon injection,” its ingredients and mechanism of action differ from those of conventional salmon-based injections.

At our clinic, we offer two types of Rejuran treatments: Rejuran HB and Rejuran i (Eye).

Rejuran HB contains a combination of polynucleotides (PN), the key active ingredient in Rejuran, and hyaluronic acid.
Hyaluronic acid enhances the skin’s moisturizing effects, while Rejuran promotes skin regeneration.

This formulation further increases the proliferation of fibroblasts responsible for producing collagen and elastin, helping to repair damaged and aging skin while delivering a high level of hydration.

In addition, Rejuran HB contains lidocaine, a local anesthetic, which helps minimize pain during and after the procedure.

Rejuran i (Eye) is a formulation specifically designed for the delicate eye area.
It contains polynucleotides (PN), the active ingredient in Rejuran; however, its lower viscosity allows it to blend more smoothly into the skin compared to other Rejuran formulations.

Since its fundamental effects are similar to those of Rejuran HB, Rejuran i can be used not only around the eyes but also on other areas of the face, including the mouth area, or even the entire face.

Rejuran injections help improve skin elasticity, hydration, sebum balance, and firmness, while also promoting tissue regeneration that rejuvenates the eye area.

It usually takes about one week for the effects to become noticeable.
For first-time treatments, the results typically last 3–4 months. With repeated sessions, the effects can last longer, up to approximately 6 months.

You may experience redness, bruising, or swelling for about 2–3 days after the procedure.
For those sensitive to pain, topical anesthesia is also available (2,200 JPY including tax; applied for 30 minutes).
