Mesona J is the world’s first transdermal delivery device with high safety, meeting strict medical device quality standards (JIS standards, EMC testing, etc.).
It uses electroporation technology to deliver active ingredients to the dermal layer.

The pen-type probe uses electroporation to create temporary openings in the skin’s cell membranes, allowing active ingredients to penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin.

Using a roller-type probe, the treatment employs electrical repulsion, penetration, and physical pressure to deliver high-molecular active ingredients deep into the skin—ingredients that cannot penetrate the skin when simply applied.

    Using pen-type and roller-type probes, the solution is carefully delivered to the face and neck.

There are generally no side effects or risks; however, the treatment may not be suitable for the following individuals:
・Those with pacemakers, implanted defibrillators, metal plates, or gold threads (dental metals or implants are acceptable)
・Individuals with severe heart disease or diabetes
・Those with large scar tissue or infectious skin conditions in the treatment area
・Pregnant or breastfeeding women

At our clinic, we provide private medical treatments using devices and medications that have not been approved by the government (domestically unapproved treatments).
This device is not approved in Japan and has been obtained from Serena Medical Co., Ltd.
Public relief systems (Relief System for Adverse Drug Reactions / Relief System for Damage from Biological Products, etc.) do not apply to unapproved drugs and devices.
