Targets firmness, elasticity, and fine lines at the source
Collagen Injection
Naturally restores volume even in delicate areas such as around the eyes and mouth
A key structural component of the skin that helps restore firmness and elasticity from within.
What is collagen?
About 70% of the dermis layer of the skin is made up of collagen. Among its types, Type I and Type III collagen are particularly important.
- Type I Collagen
- The most abundant collagen in the body. It forms thick, strong fibers that support the skin and bones as a structural foundation, providing firmness and a tight, lifted appearance to the skin.
- Type III Collagen
- Also known as “baby collagen.” It is found in high amounts in infant skin and helps enhance tissue regeneration, retain moisture, and provide a soft, plump, and elastic texture.
Unfortunately, it is one of the first types of collagen to decrease with aging.

At Yoshiki Ginza Clinic, we understand the characteristics of these two types of collagen and select the most suitable one based on each patient’s concerns.
Features of our collagen injection treatment
Our clinic offers the following two types of injectable formulations.

| Indicated areas / characteristics | Effective for improving fine lines and dark circles around the eyes | Improves fine lines around the eyes and mouth; highly biocompatible and promotes tissue regeneration |
| Allergy testing | Required (two tests at least 2 weeks apart) | Not required (same-day treatment possible) |
| Country of manufacture | Japan (long-standing track record and reliability) | USA (global quality standards) |
| Blood donation | No restrictions | Blood donation is not permitted after treatment |
For your safety and peace of mind
Because atelocollagen (bovine-derived) is an animal-derived protein, there is a very rare possibility of allergic reactions.
Therefore, an allergy test (intradermal test) is always performed before treatment.
- Test procedure: A small amount of collagen is injected into the inner arm or a similar area, and the site is observed to check for any reactions such as redness or swelling.
- The test is performed twice, with at least a two-week interval between each session.
- Facial injection can be performed at least two weeks after the second test injection, provided no adverse reaction is observed.
- Test fee: ¥1,100 per session
Collagen Injection at Yoshiki Ginza Clinic
Collagen injections are not simply a treatment to “fill in hollows.”
At Yoshiki Ginza Clinic, based on the director’s philosophy of natural aesthetics, the treatment focuses on replenishing the skin’s natural components to avoid an artificial, overdone appearance and instead achieve a smooth, natural improvement—restoring the skin quality to what it was 10 years ago.
In addition, by stimulating tissue regeneration, collagen injections are also positioned as a form of “preventive dermatology,” helping to reduce and prevent the progression of future wrinkles.

Important Notes & Aftercare
For your safety and comfort, please review the following information
- Post-treatment recovery: Mild soreness or discomfort may occur for 2–3 days after the injection, but it will gradually subside on its own.
- Bruising and injection marks: Redness at the injection sites usually resolves within 2–3 days. In rare cases, bruising may occur, which typically fades within 1–2 weeks. Makeup can be applied from the same day to cover any marks.
- Restrictions on the day of treatment: You may wash your face and apply makeup on the same day, but please avoid rubbing the treated area. Long baths, saunas, and excessive alcohol consumption should also be avoided.
- Restrictions for 1 week: Please refrain from massaging the treated area or using beauty devices for one week after treatment.
- Blood donation:Because Baby Collagen contains human-derived components, blood donation is not permitted after treatment. Please be aware of this in advance.
